Quality & Safety Program

The S4 (See Something, Say Something) program provides an opportunity for all Haskell team members to participate in the enhancement of Safety, Quality and Best Practices.  The program is founded on making a difference in your work environment.

Use the form to submit your actions in correcting an unsafe act/condition or quality defect/opportunity.  All submissions will be evaluated quarterly for recognition and eligibility for reward.
