Tania McCarthy joined Haskell in 2006 and currently serves as Director – Human Resources (HR) Services. Over the years, she has taken on many responsibilities, including full-service payroll duties, upgrades and installations of HR software, and the administration of our benefits/wellness programs. Tania has led our award-winning ESOP Communications Committee and has deep knowledge of how the program works and is administered.  Working closely with our benefits partners, she has tirelessly researched and negotiated the most comprehensive and cost-effective benefits programs for team members.

Tania’s role has been instrumental in the successful acquisition and integration of companies within Haskell’s family of brands. She led the efforts to identify and implement numerous HR technology upgrades relative to payroll, benefits administration and employee management systems. Most recently, she has added talent acquisition to her list of responsibilities.
