Salom serves as the Dairy Division leader at Haskell, responsible for P&L and overall division performance. He is customer service focused with an engineering background and a hands-on approach to management and development. JC has participated in and led food and beverage projects for more than 25 years and is an experienced professional with more than 40 years in the industry with a demonstrated history of working in the design and construction of consumer packaged goods and other industries. He is skilled in client management, contract negotiation, contract management and project planning. His specific expertise in the Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) project delivery for manufacturing facilities with process and packaging systems allows him to lead the Dairy Division and coach project directors in this and other segments of the enterprise. He has experience in sanitary design and food safety.
