As Manager – HR Operations, Emily oversees Haskell’s team member relations, compensation, reporting, regulatory compliance and general HR practice guideline management. She also serves as the chair and SME for the Haskell Together Culture and Awareness committee. Emily joined Haskell in 2016 and has served in several roles within the HR Operations team, including HR Business Partner for Haskell’s Design and Consulting Services group. With knowledge and experience in continuous performance management and team member relations, she provides guidance to leadership around enhancing culture, including diversity and inclusion strategies.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Tulsa. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School.
Emily holds an aPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. She currently volunteers with a St. Louis furniture bank, Home Sweet Home, including serving on their Benefits & Compensation Board Committee and the Young Friends Council Steering Committee.
