Deidre Brearley is a Human Resources professional serving over twenty-six years with Haskell, including the last four years on the Workforce Development Team.  In support of our mission to “Create Things that Matter”, she is passionate about helping young talent find career paths in Architecture, Engineering and Construction.

Prior to joining the Workforce Development Team, Deidre spent several years serving in talent acquisition, employee relations, internal communications, and talent development.  She has been involved with several initiatives tied to culture, engagement, and inclusion strategies with the ultimate purpose of “Providing Team Members with the BEST Job of Their Lives”.
