Chuck has more than 30 years of professional experience in the Architectural and Engineering, Construction and Design-Build industry. He has managed offices, directed and managed projects in the food and beverage, industrial, advanced manufacturing, commercial and chemical process industries. He possesses solid, proven knowledge of capital project implementation and technology introduction, including strategic planning, funding, design, site selection, regulatory approvals, consultant and contractor selection, construction, startup and turnover.

He held the position of Vice President and Regional Manager for two large general contractors for the past 20 years, along with senior positions at two smaller firms.   He has been in the Los Angeles area his entire career but has completed many out-of-state projects, as well.
