Charlie Rocheleau has P&L responsibility for all public sector marketplace vertical facilities, which include city, county and local government, K-12 schools, and post-secondary education. He specializes in alternative project delivery, construction management at risk and design-build delivery.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and is a Certified General Contractor.
His professional association work has included participation with several organizations, including the Design-Build Institute of America, where he served on the Best Practices Committee and as Florida DBIA Vice President.
