Having joined Haskell in 2022, Ally has grown extremely devoted towards creating transformative internship experiences for students. Alongside her team, Workforce Development, Ally shares a passion for mentoring and advocating young talent.
Prior to joining the company, Ally has had an extensive background in customer service and client relations-something she has enjoyed expanding here at Haskell. She is involved in several initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion-both on and off campuses.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Ally is a recent graduate from the Florida State College of Jacksonville with her degree in Business Administration. She continues to utilize her past experiences as a student to help shape Haskell’s unique internship programming.
Professionally, Ally is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter. She has and continues to volunteer with several local organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Camp I Am Special, Ronald McDonald House, and the Sulzbacher Center.
