Most recently, she served as a Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Citibank, where she led enterprise-level talent acquisition strategies. 

Throughout her career, Meredith has been recognized as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, known for building, scaling, and optimizing talent acquisition functions that align with business objectives, advance workforce planning, and enhance employer branding. Her impact in this space earned her the “Excellence in Talent Architecture” award.
