Kristen E. Braden, Vice President of Construction Operations, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University, a master’s of engineering degree from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati. A registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), Braden has extensive experience with both public and private sector projects including water/wastewater, roadways, parks, airports and offshore oil and gas production facilities. Since joining H.R. Gray, Braden has held project management roles on several water and wastewater construction projects. Her responsibilities have included project planning and conceptual development; budget development and estimating; project set-up and start-up; and on-site contract administration. In addition, Braden has been responsible for the coordination between contractors and resolution of design and layout issues, negotiating contract modifications and resolving construction related questions and conflicts on-site. As Vice President of Construction Operations, Braden is responsible for staff and diversity development, resource management and strategic planning for H.R. Gray.
