JACKSONVILLE, FL, FEBRUARY 19, 2010 - The Haskell Co. has won a contract to build a nearly $14 million, 402,000-square-foot parking garage at the University of Central Florida.
Construction of the precast parking structure is expected to start in March and should be completed in time for the college’s spring semester, which starts in January 2011. The parking garage will be on Gemini Boulevard near Knights Plaza, home to the university’s sports complex and arena, and will support parking for athletic events and entertainment venues as well as for classes.
