JACKSONVILLE, FL – Haskell, a leading provider of client-focused solutions in the AEC industry, announced recently that Frank Mangin, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Vice President – A/E Practice Leader. In his new role, he will oversee all A/E business units and all design services, including facilities, process, and packaging, in the home office and regional offices.
The creation of this role elevates A/E practice leadership to a senior level working closely with Group Presidents to collaborate on the best design services to meet client needs. Haskell will maintain an integrated approach to project delivery while further strengthening the design practice. Mangin will be responsible for developing human capital, financial and operational plans, as well as long-term and strategic growth of all A/E design services. A designated central point of contact will allow for more integration, increased cross-training and interdisciplinary opportunities, along with more focus on the expansion of A/E services company-wide.
Haskell’s business model continues to evolve with new services, providing greater value and better solutions for customers. Projects are larger and more complex; market expansion is on-going; and more services are being delivered than ever before, including the implementation of the company’s EPC strategy. Haskell’s A/E practice involves complex integration of multidisciplinary engineering and complementary design services, and Mangin’s design leadership and vision will be crucial to future success.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Virginia Tech. Since joining Haskell in 2002, he has made invaluable contributions at each position he has held. Under his leadership, we look forward to continued growth, innovation and opportunities across all A/E disciplines.
