Haskell Announces Key Hire for Aviation & Aerospace Manufacturing Division

JACKSONVILLE, FL — Haskell announced today that Jason Kirk, P.E. has joined the firm as a Director of Business Development in the Infrastructure & Transportation Group. Kirk brings more than 25 years of experience in managing large, complex federal and state projects and will focus his efforts on establishing and maintaining positive client experiences in the Aviation & Aerospace Manufacturing sector.

Jason joins Haskell following his retirement from the U.S. Army at the rank of colonel. His last military position was as the Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District Commander leading a $500M annual full-service engineer organization with major responsibilities including emergency response following hurricanes Maria in Puerto Rico and Irma in Florida, as well as executing the world’s largest aquatic ecosystem restoration project with the federal-state Everglades Restoration.

Kirk’s service as an Army engineer began after commissioning as a second lieutenant from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also completed post-graduate studies at the Missouri University of Science & Technology (engineering management), University of Florida (environmental engineering) and the Army War College (strategic studies).
