Loraine Rice joined Haskell in 2006 and currently serves as Director of Human Resources. With over 23 years of human resources experience, including roles in both the non-profit and private sectors, she brings a unique perspective to her position. Her expertise in employee relations, compensation programs and compliance have been vital to successfully implementing new standards, updated policies and procedures, and people-centric programs.
Working closely with our leadership team, Loraine has been directly involved with Haskell’s acquisition strategies and the successful integration of companies over the past several years. With knowledge and experience around continuous performance management and HR compliance issues, she also currently oversees the Human Resources Operations Team and provides guidance to leadership around enhancing culture, including diversity and inclusion strategies.
Loraine obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
Loraine has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She currently serves on the board of the Jacksonville Industry Liaison Group, and volunteers as a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida’s “Beyond School Walls” program for Haskell.
