Erik Lightner leads the Consumer Products Division, which is dedicated to engineering and construction of global manufacturing facilities for multinational clients in the flavors, fragrances, and ingredients; personal care, household goods, pulp, paper and cellulosic fibers, agricultural processing and consumer durable goods markets.
Erik joined Haskell in 2015 after working for Archer Daniels Midland Company for 20 years, where he held various global management roles in operations, engineering and business unit leadership. He has extensive experience, both domestically and internationally, having built and managed manufacturing facilities in the U.S., U.K., Europe, China and Southeast Asia.
Erik’s role with projects will be to liaise between the client and Haskell teams to leverage his operational knowledge, business acumen and integrated project delivery experience to ensure the factory design and construction delivers a safe, reliable and efficient operating facility.
Erik graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
Erik is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He has been active in various global social investment programs, as well as SERAP programs (Socially and Environmentally Responsible Agricultural Practices) in West Africa and Asia.
