Charles joined Haskell in 1982 and serves as Candy & Confections Division Leader. As Division Leader, he is responsible for developing strategy for the business unit as well as building and maintaining client relationships and working with them on their facility design and construction needs. Charles has 40-plus years of facility design and construction experience using Haskell’s integrated project delivery model. His experience spans various manufacturing industries, and he has been involved with all phases of large and difficult capital projects from concept to commissioning. Charles received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of Florida. He has been involved in the Design-Build Institute of America throughout his career.
Charles has been involved on the boards for both the University of Florida and University of North Florida Schools of Building Construction Management including mentoring many of the students as they became involved in the industry. He has also served as a board member for the Associated Builders and Contractors in his region.
