Jim manages and leads H.R. Gray, a Haskell Company, which is dedicated to managing the construction of public works programs and projects. Jim’s 30 year career includes management of numerous water and wastewater treatment plants, tunnels, highways and various building types including libraries, police and fire stations and other buildings. Clients include multiple city, county and state agencies.
Jim is active in many professional and civic organizations including the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, American Society of Civil Engineers and The Ohio State University Alumni Association. Jim also serves as Chairman of the Ohio Water Development Authority and is a member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Government Affairs Steering Committee and is a member of The Ohio State School of Civil Environmental and Geodetic Engineer Advisory Board.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University School of Civil Environmental and Geodetic Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Hawaii.
