Frank Codispoti leads the Energy Division with a focus on renewable power generation, energy savings, oil, gas and chemical. The energy team is dedicated to engineering and building facilities for clients in all segments of respective energy markets. During his career, Frank has worked on a variety of power generation projects around the world, varying in size, complexity, and fuel source. He has worked on oil and gas projects in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors, from small additions/renovations to major capital programs. He is experienced with chemical facilities involving batch and continuous production. And Frank has managed energy savings programs for commercial and industrial clients resulting in significant utility savings.
Prior to joining Haskell, Frank was a member of the executive leadership team at Benham, responsible for managing and growing their EPC group, ultimately serving as President for all of Benham before retiring in 2012. During his tenure at Benham, the firm celebrated 10MM manhours worked without a Lost Time Accident.
Through the years, Frank has worked in all areas of EPC, including business development, engineering, procurement, logistics, contracts, construction, start-up and commissioning. Frank holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and successfully completed an executive leadership program at Kenan-Flagler School of Business at Chapel Hill. He is also active in multiple charitable organizations throughout the Oklahoma region.
