Project Highlights:

• Design-Build of a 170,000 SF charter high school with 966 student stations
• The project consists of an administration facility, classrooms, cafeteria with in-door/out-door seating, arts building including a culinary arts department with a 50-seat banquet area and a 2-D/3-D art studios complete with printing department, field house, music building and a 25,252 SF gymnasium
• •The contract was comprised of five phases of design and construction over a five-year period
