- Construction management-at-risk and design-build engagement for an upgrade to an existing wastewater treatment facility to public access reuse standards
- Phase 1 of the project upgraded the 1.25 MGD facility and Phase 2 expanded capacity to 2.5 MGD
- Provided design, preconstruction, construction and start-up services
- Preconstruction services included estimating, scheduling, value engineering and constructability reviews
- Project components included site development, pretreatment structure with mechanical bar screen, secondary treatment process tankage, clarifiers, filters, chemical feed, emergency generator, electrical instrumentation, high service pump station, solids dewatering and aerobic digestor
- A 3,250 SF Administrative Building valued at $400,000 was constructed utilizing funds generated through project savings of $650,339 were returned to the client
- Coordinated requirements of multiple funding agencies
