• Approved mixed use plan included new commercial and hospitality establishments along with a new city hall, beach front symphony pavilion, and open green space for public recreation and seasonal festivals
• Completed project has been a resounding success and transformed this formerly blighted area into the new town center
• Town Center Commons green space is used for festivals and outdoor performances at the adjacent Seawalk pavilion
