A 400,000 SF aircraft composites components manufacturing, assembly and office facility with a separate 21,000 SF utility building that houses air compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers and electrical equipment to support the manufacturing building.

Key project features:

• State of the art manufacturing facility with two automated chemical processing lines
• Giffin International, under contract with Haskell, designed and installed the chemical processing tanks, exhaust systems, utility and chemical piping and automated hoist systems
• 6,000 linear feet of concrete trenches in the floor slab for the distribution of process utilities
• 12 overhead cranes and two automated hoists to facilitate the manufacturing process
• Dedicated high voltage substation
