A 328,000 SF business jet service facility that included the hangar, shop areas, engine run-up area, cafeteria, fuel farm, W.W.T.P., aprons and taxiways.

Project Scope Included:

• 78 acre site, master-planned for another 200,000 SF hangar
• Conventional steel frame, 45’ clear height; 150’ clear-span
• Concrete tilt-wall and masonry wall systems
• A.F.F.F. fire protection system
• 12 month duration
• (2) – 200 HP water-cooled air compressors
• (2) – 800 ton water-cooled chillers and cooling tower system
• (2) – 600 HP hot water boilers
• Haskell self-performed:
• Complete A/E design
• Construction project management
• Foundations, footings & slab-on-grade
• Concrete tilt-up wall panel...fab & erect
• Structural steel fabrication
