Jim O'Leary has been responsible for many of the company's largest and most complex projects as construction project manager, project director and division leader.  O'Leary's clients include recognizable companies such as Starbucks, Nestle, Krispy Kreme, Anheuser-Busch, Frito-Lay, Kraft , Pepsi Cola, Rolls Royce, Boeing, Spirit Aerosystems, ConAgra, and Nike

Jim is a graduate of University of Florida with a Master of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He is a Certified General Contractor and is a current national board member of the Design Build Institute of America.
