Müller Quaker Dairy Yogurt Processing Facility

International brands needed market penetration - fast.
As a new entrant to the domestic yogurt market, Müller and Quaker needed a partner they could trust to deliver a state-of-the-art facility quickly. The project team concluded, after a series of collaborative sessions, that design-build offered a competitive solution that would speed the new product to market.
Greek yogurt trends demand a tight and concise schedule.
In order to take advantage of the growing trend, Müller and Quaker needed to introduce their new product to the marketplace as soon as possible. Haskell met their challenge. The project team was able to expedite an early grading permit to prepare the site prior to winter, start foundations immediately in the spring and ultimately, shave months off the construction schedule.
Haskell delivers the facility quickly while maintaining quality.
Haskell’s dedicated and experienced team utilized innovative thinking and execution to deliver this cutting edge facility well ahead of schedule and under budget. This fast-track project garnered nationwide attention by earning an ABC Excellence in Construction Award, an ABC Green Project of the Year Award and a DBIA Design-Build Honor Award.
